描述:The growth of the service sector is a pivotal index to evaluate the economy of a region. With the development of economy and society, it is inevitable to discuss how to select a leading industry in the service sector appropriately, which is deserved to obtain support from the government. This paper focuses on the case of Xiacheng district in Hangzhou, analyzes the status quo of service sector, and discusses how to choose and support a leading industry in the service sector by using the BCG Matrix and the location quotient.

Recognition of Pests based on Compressive Sensing Theory

描述:In order to improve the performance of the existing recognition methods of pests, the limitations of these methods are analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis, the novel recognition method of pests by using compressive sensing theory is presented in this paper. In the proposed method, a large number of representative training samples of pests are used to construct the training samples matrix, then the sparse decomposition representation of the testing samples of pests is obtained by solving the Li-norm optimization problem, which contains distinct class information and could be used for the different species of pests recognition directly. The 12 species of stored-grain pests and the 110 species of common pests are separately recognized by the proposed method. The experimental results prove that the application of compressive sensing theory in the recognition of pests is practical and feasible.

描述:CFD technology is employed to simulate the fluidic flowmeters. A modified structure, that with double-target and polygonal surface, is proposed. The Measurement Characteristics are compared with the other two fluidic flowmeters, named in the paper meter with single-target, meter with double-target and straight surface. The flow fields are illustrated. The performance and the relationship between the flowrate and the oscillation frequency for each meter are obtained. Some useful theoretical information can be provided for the design and optimization of fluidic flowmeters in this work.
An Adaptive Loading Mechanism Based on Logarithmic Spiral Profile Connection for Planetary Traction Drives

描述:A cylindrical roller planetary traction drive was developed.It comprises a sun roller,three planetary rollers,an outer ring,a stationary carrier and an input shaft.The sun roller is hollow,and is connected through three logarithmic spiral profiles to the input shaft.As the input shaft rotates relative to the sun roller,a wedging action takes place between the input shaft and the sun roller; this makes the sun roller generate a certain amount of elastic deformation,so an appreciable amount of contact load is generated between the sun roller and the planetary roller.The greater the input torque is,the stronger the strength of the wedging action and the greater the contact load,and vice versa; so this configuration is self-actuating.Here,as cylindrical rollers are used in the planetary traction-drive configuration,the spin motion as would present in the case that the tapered rollers were used will not occur.Meanwhile,as a logarithmic spiral is used in the profile connection,the distribution of contact stress between the two connected surfaces will be uniform.This reduces the concentration of contact stress of the connected surfaces,and prolongs the life of the contact fatigue of the contacting surfaces.

描述:This paper investigates the relationship between labour cost and industry competitiveness using a long panel data of provinces in China. We find that, low labour cost, low commodity price and high energy consumption is the develop mode of China industry which brings in insufficiency demand and low consuming, a negative correlation is found between labour cost and industry competitiveness, technology can reduce Chinese economy dependence on labour cost government should establish some policies to raise the income of workers and enhance the investment of science and technology.
